Butterflies on CD and DVD

The CD has 200 images of mounted butterflies including 25 images of large moths photographed from my personal collection and saved in high quality JPEG format. These images will display at approximately life size at typical computer display resolutions. You may use these images for any personal or commercial projects with no per image royalties. They are perfect for web pages, classroom projects, and many other uses. The CD is Mac and PC compatible and uses your web browser to view the images. To use an image in another application simply copy the image from your web browser and paste it into the application.
The DVD contains the same 200 images as the CD but at higher resolution saved in TIF format. These images will print life size or slightly larger at 300 dpi and are suitable for commercial use. There is no per image royalty. All images are tagged with the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile to help you with your color management.

In addition to the DVD images, the complete CD is included. Use your web browser to locate the image you want to use and then copy the high resolution file of the same name from the "Print Sized Butterfly Images" folder.

You may not copy all or in part any of the images on the CD or DVD solely and expressly for resale. They must be used for some personal or commercial project; i.e., web pages, classroom teaching aids, in books or brochures, on coffee mugs or T-shirts, etc.

The CD is $17 U.S. including shipping in North America. Outside of North America the CD is $20 U.S. including airmail shipping.
The DVD is $50 in the United States. Outside of the U.S. the price is $75 which includes Express Global shipping, insurance, and tracking. These extra costs are necessary to ensure timely and verifiable delivery.

Acceptable payment for U.S. orders is cash, money order, check, or PayPal. There may be a one week hold on personal checks at my discretion. I prefer PayPal. Use my e-mail address to find me at PayPal.
Foreign orders require an international money order payable in U.S. dollars or PayPal if available in your country.

Some of the butterfly names are very long so I abbreviated them. Here's an explanation of the file names I used:

File name begins with "a_" = Atrophanuera.
File name begins with "m_" = Morpho.
File name begins with "p_" = Papilio.
File name begins with "t_" = Troides.
File name contains or ends with "_m" = Male.
File name contains or ends with "_f" = Female.
File name ends with "_obv" or "_r" = Obverse or recto (topside) wing surface is shown.
File name ends with "_rev" or "_v" = reverse or verso (underside) wing surface is shown.
